In the production of battery modules for automotive applications, ensuring a secure and consistent assembly process is critical. In this assembly there are protective panel that covers the top of the battery module. This panel is secured using a combination of adhesive and screws which are applied manually. However, manual screwing has its limitations, including variability in quality, slower production rates, and increased labor costs.

Unloading KLT's to assembly line transport carts

In modern automotive assembly lines, ensuring that all parts are delivered in sequence and just in time is crucial for maintaining the production sequence. Many of these smaller parts are stored in KLT’s, which are small load carrier boxes, that come directly from the warehouse. Efficiently managing the flow of these KLT’s to and from the assembly line is essential to avoid production delays and ensure smooth operations.
